Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Cochin (40 Km-1Hr)
On
arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you
will be met and transferred to the Hotel at Cochin. Rest
of the day at leisure.
Over Night:Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 02: Cochin – Kumarakom (90 km – 2 Hrs)
Morning after sightseeing of Cochin, Proceed to
Kumarakom. Checkin to the resort on the bank of
Backwater.
Day 03: Kumarakom – Houseboat
After breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Checkin to
the waiting houseboat.
Enroute you can see many romantic beauty of the
nature which will remind you that you are in the
"God’s Own Country". You can view
coconut palm fringed canals and local people going
for a fresh catch of the day & Tapping of toddy
(Local beverages) from palm trees. Rest of the day
at leisure.
Over Night:
Overnight stay at the houseboat.
You can view coconut palm fringed roads where on
one side you can see sea and on the other side backwaters.
Check into the resort where you will forget everything
except enjoyment of life. Rest of the day at leisure.
Over Night: Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 04: Alleppey – Kovalam (180 km-5hrs)
Checkout of the houseboat & proceed to Kovalam. Check-in at the hotel. Full day at leisure at Kovalam Beach.
Over Night: Over night stay at Kovalam.
Day 05: Kovalam - Trivandrum
Today your schedule a sight seeing of Thiruvananthapuram covering Museum Complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology Museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Over Night: Over night stay at Kovalam.
Day 06: Trivandrum Departure
(30 km-1 hrs)
Depart as per schedule to Airport / Railway station for for your onward journey.
Day 07: Kovalam
After breakfast proceed for a sight seeing of Thiruvananthapuram covering Museum complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli Tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Later back to Kovalam for your another stay at Kovalam. Over Night: Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 08: Departure Trivandrum (30 kms-1 hrs)
Depart as per schedule to the Airport/ Railway station at Trivandrum for your onward journey.
