Detailed Itinerary
As we approach Kuari Pass through the Auli - Gorson meadows, at an elevation of 4265m, we will be in the heart of Chamoli District, in the NorthEastern part of Garhwal.From Gorson, the imposing view of the eastern peaks of Garhwal Himalayas is unforgettably enchanting.They appear so near, That one feels like reaching out and touching them. The peaks visible from Kuari pass are nandanvan, Dunagri, Bethartloi, Devasthan, etc.
Day 01: Cochin - Munnar (190 Km-5 hrs)
On arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you will be met and driven on a fascinating journey to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills & green carpets of tea plantation enroute. On arrival, check in at Hotel/ Resort. Spend the rest of the day at leisure trekking around the estate.
Day 02: Munnar
A morning sight seeing trip of Munnar; visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiri Tahr, the Mattupetty Dam & Dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, the town market etc… Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another. Over Night: Overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 03: Munnar – Alleppey - Houseboat (150 Km-4 hrs)
After breakfast proceed to Alleppey. Check-in at the houseboat which will take you to enjoy the magic of Alleppey-Kumarakom by going on a Houseboat (Kettuvallam) cruise across the backwaters. Spend the next 24 hours in your floating villa. Enjoy the backwaters of Kerala by getting a glimpse of the village life at close quarters; a unique and unforgettable experience. Enjoy the sunset & stay overnight on the house boat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 04: Alleppey - Kovalam (130 Km-4 hrs)
Check out of the hotel and proceed to Kovalam. Full day at leisure at beach. Over Night: Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 05: Kovalam
Today proceed for a sight seeing Thiruvanthapuram covering Museum complex, Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Science & Technology museum, Veli tourist village, Aakulam boat club, Shangmugham Beach. Over Night: Overnight stay at Kovalam.
Day 06: Departure Kovalam - Trivandrum (30 Km-1 hr)
Depart as per schedule to Airport / Railway station for your onward journey.
